Andy Edwards is a Glasgow-based artist working as a playwright, performer and dramaturg. His body of work places linguistic study at its core, with the aim of hoping to better understand how people communicate through artistic practice.
Andy both produces his own creative work and seeks to offer platforms to others, specifically those communicating in languages and means that are different to his own. He is interested in using art to help to amplify the different voices, rhythms and experiences of Glasgow’s residents.
