I am a director and performance maker whose current research interests lie in the field of ritual, ethics of care, memory, and trauma studies. My practice aims to be nurturing, collaborative, performative, and site-specific. I am interested in exploring empathy and looking at new ways of being together and being in the moment, encouraging care, and generating healing conversations. I also have a great passion for music, especially opera, and I am interested in expanding the boundaries of the form, making it more relevant in political and social terms, and more receptive to influence from new theatre theory and contemporary art. Apart from that, I also work as a drama tutor.
