Frill Factory CIC is run by Alison Rodgers, who obtained a BA: Hons degree in Visual Communication in 2012 from Grays School of Art.
Upon graduation, Alison began working as a Designer; developing skills towards Project Management roles, where she helped regenerate communities across Scotland through youth empowerment, social enterprise incubation projects and enterprise education until she became full time on Frill Factory CIC in February 2019.
Frill Factory CIC was established in August 2016 with a mission; to build a commercial entity with deep rooted social values within the community.Frill Factory CIC transforms textiles, creates colour filled environments, experiences & social spaces.
