Hi all,
I am a freelance actor, creative collaborator and drama facilitator with over 20 years experience in this field. I have performed on stages across the globe; Scotland, Ireland, UK – London’s National Theatre/West End, USA – Broadway NYC, LA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia.
I have performed and created shows for children, most recently with Catherine Wheels Theatre Co and the Tron Theatre.
I love what I do. I love sharing my experiences and skills with the next generation and anyone who has an expressive interest in the arts in general. I strongly believe that the creative arts play an imperative role in the holistic well being of our society as a whole; whether you are a new born or 100 yrs old.
I facilitate creative sessions where children/young people/adults can first and foremost have fun. Creative sessions where participants feel at ease and that they can express themselves freely, connect with themselves and others, gain confidence & resilience and discover their inner joy and their true selves through the use of play and creative arts.
I love the outdoors and I am currently working as a freelance outdoor drama facilitator with ‘WHAT HAPPEN’S NOW’ at the Play Barn in Pollock Park, Glasgow.
I have recently obtained my SVQ3 qualification – Children and young people, I have completed a level 5 Forest School FOLA course and BA (Acting) RSAMD/RCS.
