I am a Glasgow based drama practitioner and performer working primarily in youth and community theatre. Currently, I work with the Citizens Theatre education department as a drama workshop assistant. Alongside this, I am part of Scottish Youth Theatre’s Trainee Scheme where I am working with theatre makers, Tawona Sithole and David Banks, to devise performances with participants ranging from ages 6-18 years. What I have enjoyed most about this work is the intergenerational collaboration within the groups and the unique story telling discovered through having such versatile perspectives.
My professional interests span across many mediums, having worked within the art, production and casting departments of various short films and theatre productions. I would love to expand my knowledge of working within these production environments and integrate the experience that I have gained through drama facilitation into my future creative practise.
Over the next year, I am taking steps to enhance my performance experience – having recently received funding from YTAS to study a short course in acting at the RCS and becoming a participant with the Barrowland Ballet’s Wolfpack – an intergenerational contemporary dance group – where I look forward to expanding my knowledge of dance and physical theatre.

I am looking to collaborate with others and create an education for myself within the performing arts through work experience so please get in touch if there are any projects where you might require an extra body and mind!
