Live Music Now Scotland has the double aim of providing opportunities for young professional musicians at the start of their careers, as well as taking high quality musical performances to those who normally wouldn’t have access to concerts (such as people in care homes, hospitals, prisons, children with additional needs, Looked After Children etc). We have around 750 performances each year (in 2017/18 across every local authority in Scotland), with around 150 auditioned musicians, both classical and Scottish traditional as well as jazz/pop/world, on our books.
