We’re based in Glasgow, but work everywhere – from here, to London, to LA. We value face-to-face (or pixel to pixel) meetings and getting to know the people behind the brand. Because it’s humans we work with, not corporations.
We’re a nimble team with a diverse set of skills and experience – covering everything from strategic branding to social media planning, motion graphics to web development, and copywriting to videography.
We care about our impact.
We live in unprecedented times. Our planet has already faced irreversible change, and within 10 years – or less – is facing environmental disaster.
As creatives, we acutely feel the responsibility to pursue and guide you towards sustainable materials and solutions. We’ll help you to actively avoid needless waste or practices that harm the environment.
Examples include specifying only FSC-managed paper stocks, and working with printing and hosting partners powered by 100% green energy.
We aim to give back.
We run paid internships for people looking to break into the industry, and provide ample opportunities for our team to learn, upskill and grow – from online training, to short courses, to chances to speak at events. We’re also a Living Wage accredited employer.
We donate to Women’s Aid, and we work pro bono or at a reduced rate for charities and causes close to our hearts – like Rise, a charity that empowers refugee women to gain employment in hospitality.
We also run a community for people who write. Jot is a series of free workshops, talks, meetups and discussions that aims to share knowledge, aid networking and encourage others.
We mentor, too – working with a range of educational institutions and schools across Glasgow.
