As a History of Art undergraduate student at the University of Glasgow about to graduate in 2020, I seek to connect with people from various backgrounds within the art world. I am interested in pursuing a curatorial and academic career and my current interests in art include Postmodern art, New Media art especially Digital art and Chinese contemporary art. I am currently working on my undergraduate dissertation in Institutional Critique and its relation to Contemporary art as well as curatorial practices.
I have helped organising student-led group exhibitions at University of Glasgow and have also been volunteering for various art organisations, such as the Hunterian (Night at the Museum Open Days) and Six Foot Gallery. I have also worked for Art Fund as a Student Brand Ambassador. My past experiences have shown me how collaboration and human connection is the key to navigate art and its meaningfulness.
