Replico is a Glasgow-based theatre and media facility dedicated to lifelong learning. Originally established fin 1997 for school tours, the company has since established a capacity for digital production and commercial theatre. Our principal activity remains strategic support for schools, colleges and local authorities, through a wide range of workshops for pupils and students of all ages, training for staff, lecture demonstrations and bespoke resource materials.
In recent years the company has developed an international profile, having taken part in study visits, conferences and research projects in Reggio Emilia, Milan and Venice and offering specialist support in classical theatre for summer schools in Italy and Spain. In Scotland, our work is currently focused on developing creativity across learning, primarily in the context of the Scottish Attainment Challenge with a strong emphasis on literacy.
