Salt is the collaborative practice of Juliane Foronda and Ieva Grigelionyte, which is rooted in food and hospitality. Found in the summer of 2020 and currently based in Glasgow, the collective practices ongoing food-sharing as a means of contributing to the wider discourse of food politics through research, as well as fostering community and conversation.
