See Me is Scotland’s Programme to tackle mental health stigma and discrimination. We are funded by Scottish Government and Comic Relief and are managed by SAMH and The Mental Health Foundation.
Fundamentally, change is what See Me is all about. We will challenge stigma and discrimination at its roots – wherever people experience it – at work, through health and social care, in education, at home or in local communities.
We believe that art can be one of the most effective ways of challenging mental health stigma and discrimination.
