The Bold Collective
Glasgow CAN's Youth Arts Division

The Bold Collective is Glasgow CAN’s youth strand. The Bold Collective is made up of young people who are passionate about youth arts in Glasgow.

We are recruiting new members! Scroll on to find out how you can get involved…

Working as a committee of young people between the ages of 16 and 24, The Bold Collective are invested in promoting, participating and encouraging access to the arts for other young people in Glasgow with a particular focus on those facing barriers to participation.

The Bold Collective usually meet regularly at our home in Civic House Studio which is where we are based. They discuss and promote local creative opportunities for young people in the city, as well as organising and hosting events and workshops which give access to industry professionals and their experiences, and promote networking and skills sharing. The committee are busy with activities year round including creative skill sharing workshops, event and exhibition planning, visiting theatre and performances and are looking to expand even further.

If you are a young person between the ages of 14-25 and interested in the creative industry and looking to get involved, or if you know someone who is, we would be happy to hear from you!

Glasgow Connected Arts Network would like to take this opportunity to thank The National Lottery’s Young Start Fund for supporting this programme.

Please complete the below form if you are, or know a young person who would like to get involved with The Bold Collective. If you would like more information about The Bold Collective please email youtharts@glasgowcan.org
